Les Bouchers Bien Elevés is a meat restaurant in Lille. It invites you to experience and relive moments of sharing and conviviality around homemade cuisine, using fresh, quality produce. These are selected from suppliers who are passionate breeders and farmers. Meat for dishes and grills is matured in the cellar, which you can discover at the entrance to the restaurant. On the menu, you'll find starters like a plate of Bigorre black pork ham and dishes featuring local beef tenderloin. For ribs on the bone, discover a selection of exceptional local meats on the slate. A plate of mature cheeses is also served for dessert.
