Les Bouchers Bien Elevés is a meat restaurant in Lille. It invites you to experience and relive moments of sharing and conviviality around homemade cuisine, using fresh, quality produce. These are selected from suppliers who are passionate breeders and farmers. Meat for dishes and grills is matured in the cellar, which you can discover at the entrance to the restaurant. On the menu, you'll find starters like a plate of Bigorre black pork ham and dishes featuring local beef tenderloin. For ribs on the bone, discover a selection of exceptional local meats on the slate. A plate of mature cheeses is also served for dessert. To help you choose the wines to accompany your meal, we offer a wine list with over 100 references. An unmissable address for tasting quality meat!

Un peu plus de frites en accompagnement avec un légume en plus nous n’aurions pas dit non.
Le restaurant est très petit donc aucune intimité à table !
14e pour 3 petits morceaux de fromage me parait un peu excessif
Dans l’ensemble cela reste une bonne expérience tout de même .
Le restaurant est très propre une hygiène irréprochable .
La viande était extrêmement bonne je recommande pour les fans de viande ???? .
Un seul petit inconvénient il fesait super froid mais vue l’âge des bâtiments normal .
Sans oublier qu’ils avaient une très large carte des vins de qualité .
