Set up in the home of a former barber, its specialties are meats smoked slowly over beech wood to preserve their nutrients and enhance their taste. Home-cured charcuterie, rack of lamb, ribs, beef and even salt - here, all top-quality products (mainly French, white-blue breeds) go through the "smoking" process before being served by professional connoisseurs, in a refined, luminous setting with refined furnishings. Très déçu de ma dernière soirée chez eux.
Tartare de boeuf (plat signature): Viande BEAUCOUP trop salée.. incapable de finir mon assiette. Écœurant..
Je finis par faire la remarque au responsable mais me fait remettre en place: « c’est normal, c’est de la viande séchée et fumée ».. Bon d’accord.. C’est normal que le tartare soit immangeable alors.

Pas une excuse, pas un geste commercial.
J’appréciais cet établissement, mais je n’y mettrais plus les pieds.

Très chouette endroit.

Les plats proposés sont originaux. On goûte le fumé du bois !
L'entrée était délicieuse (Spare ribs), les plats copieux, et le dessert était une tatin aux pommes ...fumée !
Le service était souriant, sympathique et rapide.
L'ambiance n'est ni déplorable ni extraordinaire. On a su y manger au calme.
