Florent Ladeyn offers us here a northern cuisine with tasty and warm brasserie dishes at very low prices.

Bierbuik means "beer belly" in Flemish, a name that sets the tone! On the first floor, you can enjoy northern dishes served in street food mode, amidst people dancing and remaking the world. French fries with maroilles sauce, flamiches, waffles... All washed down with a good beer! Upstairs, Florent Ladeyn offers menus at 28 euros in his often sold-out estaminet. Reservations are essential! Fortunately, to enjoy the flavors of Bierbuik, two corners now exist in the metropolis: at the Friche de Marcq and at Grand Scène.

Excellente adresse

Après avoir déjeuné plusieurs fois dans l’auberge du Chef, je peux vous assurer que la cuisine du Bierbuik y est toute aussi bonne, généreuse, et originale ! Que ce soit au restaurant à l’étage ou au rez-de-chaussée pour déguster des snacks et des bières brassées sur place, la surprise est toujours au rendez-vous.
