Today food trucks are everywhere… but some of them come out of the lot and deserve to be stopped. Among them is that of Pauline and Valentine! Here everything is fresh, organic and especially local. The dishes served are homemade and per minute. This ensures a balanced and quality lunch break. But what do we find at Pauline and Valentine? First of all excellent burgers. Beef, chicken, pork, fish or vegetarian, there are for all tastes. Ground beef, Isa square, veined sausage, pepper sauce and chopped parsley will delight carnivores! They will be delighted to learn that burgers are available in gluten-free version! These delicious burgers can be accompanied by homemade French fries. We recommend disco fries… fries covered with mimolette fondue with a topping of toasted bacon and herbs! But if your stomach demands something lighter, then let's choose without hesitation the bowl buddha like that based on roasted sweet potatoes, cucumbers, radish, rockets, lemon, tomatoes, red rice, soybeans, beans, sesame and young shoots. It is healthy and it is good. Good to know, if the food truck has fixed places on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, the rest of the time it moves where you want in the Lille metropolis!
