For almost 5 years, Quebec has been coming to Lille with P'tite Poutine, a restaurant serving Canadian specialties in traditional chalet style. What more could you ask for than a friendly atmosphere, generous cuisine, undeniable quality and legendary poutine? How about a description of this typical dish to whet your appetite? Ok: homemade fries covered with a meat sauce, chunks of Quebec cheese, fresh chives and caramelized onions, a recipe available with its variants of chicken in maple syrup or Flemish carbonnade!

Domage que ce soit très petit,du coup si on veut manger sur place,il faut attendre que des places se libères, mais la poutine vaut le coup de l'attente !!!!
Sur la table, une belle assiette de poutine généreusement garnie de sauce brune et de fromage pouic pouic. J’ai vécu longtemps au Québec et je n’ai pas retrouvé le goût de là-bas mais cette version avec sa sauce brune un peu sucrée, ses oignons presque confites et ses fines frites dorées m’ont régalé.
