As its name suggests, Canard Street features duck in every dish on its gourmet menu. From confit legs and duck breast to tartars and burgers, everything is done to enhance the flavors of this succulent red meat. All accompanied by fries made with duck fat... duck fat, of course! In addition to the taste of these dishes, the friendly welcome at the Lille counter makes you want to come back again and again. For those who don't like duck (it's a shame, but it happens...), plan B: the delicious chicken and veggie burgers.
