The waffle, or waffle for the Belgian border, is an institution in the region. The Waffle Factory is located in several cities in France and has finally opened its doors in Lille. An open kitchen that would almost like frites hut is filled with gaufriers of all kinds, allowing for a minute preparation of «lunchwafs» and other recipes, alone or in formula. The proposed lunchwafs (salted waffles) are based on countries and regions of the world: Norway is in the salmon, the Alpine in the chicken, the ham croc… Many choices are made for sugar lovers also, with classic waffles waffles, but also some of the finest and fluffy fines, recommended by the welcoming manager, and called «waffines». With chestnut cream, apple compote, chocolate or other sweet foods, it will be able to conquer and warm those who want to fill a small… or hollow, waiting for the evening meal.

Nous avons vécu une expérience très décevante....
Nous avons commandé deux Wafburger et une Liégeoise avec sauce caramel beurre salé.
Concernant les Wafbuger : le steak haché à peine cuit et de mauvaise facture. (Comme un steak cuit au micro-ondes)
On peut dire que les gaufres sucrées sont satisfaisantes.
