After having worked at the Élysée restaurant, then in a famous Parisian fish restaurant, Bertrand Bureau shares his passion for real cuisine. Here, no fixed menu, but a large slate where you can find the fish of Boulogne, worked with great care and accompanied by fresh vegetables. On a jazzy tune, we settle down in a restaurant room with a chic and cosy decoration, to discover the cooking of a wonderful cook. The nets are raised in room by the chief.
