Restaurant offering a cuisine in full view in a simple but neat decoration in Lille.
A few steps from the Sevastopol theatre, this is an address that bears its name. After the doors, Chef Ludovic Blancart receives you as at Home, in a simple but meticulous decoration. The kitchen is at the sight of all, behind a large window, as an open scene on the restaurant. We are prepared and admire the cook at work, in full representation. Only in the kitchen, Ludovic is not cleaning his sentence and serves fresh, delicate and varied dishes. His card changes every two weeks and combines classics such as the Flemish stew or andouillette, to more inventive dishes such as candied lamb jarret or salmon marinated in maple syrup.
