Seasonal cuisine and 100% homemade in a cosy restaurant in Lille
This cosy, cosy restaurant has all the qualities to look like the addresses you would like to find more often. In the "New bistros" style: old plates adorning wooden walls, tables and chairs, à la carte, La Deposit found the winning recipe. The room was not always and we know why. Cost, 100% house, seasonal products, know-how, and chef creativity. At noon a short card constantly evolving, with 1 starters, 2 dishes and two desserts. Evening 4 starters, 5 dishes and 4 desserts. The flavours are varied, to the image of this salmon tartar of coconut. Dishes are also subject to culinary experiments, with a tender image with a compotée of shallots, sweet apples and sweet peas. Finally, in dessert, a foreign inspiration with a Banoffee (decay, secs biscuits). A small and voluntary choice to offer products from small independent wine growers. Innovative food innovation, La Ronde is an excellent Surprise.
