Inventive and high gastronomic cuisine by Jean-Charles Lecointre in a restaurant in Lille.

Le Sébastopol is the story of an architecture student, Jean-Charles Lecointre, who does extra work, evenings and weekends, to sweeten his ends of the month... Until one day, an unsuspected passion for cooking is revealed. An inventive, creative and very high level cuisine, such as a checkerboard of Artois trout and nori seaweed or a dessert where peanuts and citrus fruits are combined. The menu is renewed regularly, with ultra fresh and local products. The careful presentation is simply a foretaste of the gustatory richness of the dishes.

L'un des cadres les plus agréables de Lille pour une cuisine somptueuse. Très bons desserts, nous recommandons l'éclair au chocolat, l'un des meilleurs et plus originaux goûtés !
