To Taaable! We all had it when we were kids, right? If the cuisine is strongly inspired by the traditional recipes of our grandmothers, the chef does not hesitate to take us to dishes of his inspiration. In addition to regional specialties such as the Flemish carbonnade or the homemade potjevleesch, the tripe products are nicely honored (but not only): sweetbreads, pigs' feet and oxtail in andouillette... In the dessert section, classics are revisited such as chocolate mousse and Picon.
