Restaurant for wine lovers offering an original and tasty menu in Lille.
It is almost 20 years since the Share of the Angels beat the hearts and tastes of lovers of wine and good expensive in Lille. And it is not close to stopping, because for some months the restaurant has allocated the services of a master in this area: The star chef Guillaume Thuin, formerly at the table of Gardens in Bois-Grenier. In association with the pastry chef Christophe Schrevelle, and the sommelier of the house, he develops an original and tasty card that is constantly renewed. On the menu? Beautiful pieces of meat, light fish and skilfully worked… there are so many flavours to discover here. Among them, you may have the opportunity to taste a filet of salmon to in accompanied by spaghetti ou or even a net of can with feta fumée and spelt risotto. All of this naturally with the best wines. Sweet side, this is also a cascade of flavours with the creamy or house of chocolate and its fresh red fruit or the vanilla terracotta panna with a freshness of red fruit and ganache rose to white chocolate. Sunday is the day of plancha! Everything is to be tasted in plancha. And when the beautiful days come back, nothing such as a small glass of wine and a plancha to enjoy between friends and terrace! But the Part of the Angels is obviously not just a restaurant, it is also a wine bar and a wine shop where you can find the nectars tasted during your meal. An address that is already an indispensable one that is very likely to become cult!

I would always remember the first time where I have been eating in this restaurant/wine bar, this dessert made with chocolate I had discovered with a glass of Portuguese wine cherry flavours... a delight!
Very fine wine for a reasonable price and hearty dish and quality in a pleasant atmosphere.
This wine bar is located a few steps from the market place in the concert, I advice you to sit on the terrace (if the sun is well smile) to enjoy a glass of wine accompanied by cheese or meats (or both! ).
It is a little expensive for my ways but it is worth it really!
