Among the parents, the love of good things and the passion for the North is in the genes! And for Lille residents, this name is synonymous with quality and flavour. In their brasserie in the centre, the Parent family offers a regional cuisine served with generosity and in the purest respect for tradition. The products are fresh and the dishes are homemade, starting with the French fries and not forgetting of course the wonderful, melting and light excellency... a real classic of the house! We like the friendly setting which revisits with modernity the atmosphere of traditional breweries. And the welcome is impeccable. The brewery is very often sold out so remember to book!

Nous avons passer tous simplement une super soirée grâce au cadre chic et cosy et aussi par la bonne ambiance donner par les serveurs. La cuisine était excellente, Mes félicitations aux chefs !
Nous avions pris le plat du jour et un dessert, c’était très top qualité/ prix respecter, Je recommande !
