We love this unpretentious coffee, which hides an original kitchen and tradition that makes a beautiful share of past and present dishes. The formula is original: two dishes are offered daily and simmered by the Édouard team in the kitchens. We call the morning to choose from the dishes of the day (to give you water in your mouth, some examples: a Parmentier of beef tails or a fish haddock or a fricassee fricassee) and we're coming into this little troquet to breathe. As a benchmark for many architects, it also hosts a heterogeneous clientele that appreciates gargantuan portions at such soft prices.
