En plat j'ai pris le Saumon au saveurs de l'automne m'a fait regretter cette neige que j'aime tant. La cuisson du saumon était niquel, bien rosé comme il se doit, la crême de topinambour aux noisette accompagnée d'une poelée de champignons accompagnait parfaitement ce dernier.
Puis le dessert, un tiramisu au Speeculos très léger pour terminer un bin repas gourmand. Le service était bien lui aussi, rien à redire. Aucun regret, foncez.
