In the kitchen, head chef Olivia Provoyeur lets her gourmet creativity express itself with surprising aromatic details, as in this starter of red tuna tataki with asparagus and port, this dish of poultry supreme with yellow wine, or this dessert of strawberries, basil and rhubarb. A successful blend of influences, enhanced by the excellent wines selected by Alexandre Dathy. Simply fantastic!
