Club Marot is an exceptional and unpretentious cuisine. The two masters of the place, Antoine and Augustin Marot, brilliantly perpetuate the family tradition by imagining a simple cuisine that sublimates the products and underlines their know-how. It is surprising and greedy, like this back of saithe, artichoke, hazelnut butter sabayon, or this dessert which offers a real moment of escape: Iranian black lemon, lemon chiboust and herb sorbet. The setting is just like the cuisine, elegant and unostentatious; the welcome is warm and the advice expert.
