The Menu Déjeuner offers a refined selection, with mussels, celery and wasabi as starters, as well as dishes such as cod, artichoke and polenta. As for the Rouge and Rouge Barre menus, they invite you on a multi-stage culinary journey, with carefully chosen food and wine pairings. A specially designed children's menu is also available.
