Set in an elegant décor with charming industrial inspirations, you'll see the kitchen where chef Alexandre Montois' team concocts inventive, tasty dishes superbly prepared, cooked to perfection and seasoned with incredible balance. What's more, the service provided by maitre d' Anne-Sophie Despres is impeccable. Nothing to complain about, except that the Angus beef ribeye - with cauliflower, peppers and mango - is just waiting for you!
