Bistronomic restaurant in the street of Ghent offering a gourmet and home-made cuisine.

Surrounded by estaminets, Comptoir 44 looks like a UFO in the Rue de Gand. And yet, as soon as you open the doors of this bistronomic restaurant, you're immediately immersed in a cosy, intimate atmosphere, without feeling stuffy. The service continues to impress, with a warm welcome and advice on food and wine pairing. Last but not least, the cuisine, where flavors mingle and intertwine with gourmandise on the plate. The products are superbly showcased with a presentation that has nothing to envy the greats.

Un restaurant où passer un très bon moment. J y ai emmené mes enfants en janvier et nous avons passé un merveilleux moment en famille. Les serveurs sont très agréables et souriants et les plats délicieux (j ai trouvé le poisson excellent).
Je vous conseille ce restaurant, vous ne le regretterez pas.

C'est un excellent restaurant où passer un moment bien sympathique, une cuisine de qualité, des plats délicieux , des cocktails recherchés et très bons. Un service très agréable avec de bons conseils niveau vin. Pour y avoir été 2 fois je vous recommande ce restaurant !

Toujours un réel plaisir d'être venu au comptoir. Le magret était délicieux, bien cuit et le vin bio suggéré par la serveuse accompagnait parfaitement la viande. Une très belle surprise avec le finger chocolat revisité en dessert. Je vous recommande l'Americano maison en apéritif pour ceux qui aiment il est délicieux. Bref un super moment au comptoir, comme à chaque fois
