This former 17th century convent has been one of Lille's must-see hotels since 1990. Its Flemish brick silhouette houses superb spaces including a cloister and a beautiful interior courtyard overhung by an incredible pyramidal glass roof. There, you will find Le Jardin du Cloître, the restaurant where organic and local food is the order of the day, and a champagne bar suspended in the air.
