Je ne suis pas allée dans cet hôtel car je ne cautionne pas que lorsque l'on réserve on doit donner IMPÉRATIVEMENT son empreinte carte bleue. C'est la grande mode chez Accor et dans certains restaurants. Si,et je peux le comprendre, vous n'avez pas confiance dans vos futurs clients pourquoi voulez-vous que le client ait confiance en vous. Je comprends que des clients qui réservent et qui n'honore pas leur réservation impliquent une perte financière pour vous....c'est le risque de VOTRE métier. Je vais donc ailleurs...
