Points négatifs : les remontées d'odeurs par la salle de bain, ( ch 43) humidité, murs et planchers très fins: impossible de dormir tant que qqun est éveillé à l'étage ou à l'étage supérieur , le deuxième jour, nous avons retrouvé la fenêtre laissée grande ouverte par la personne de ménage.... heureusement qu'il n'avait pas plu!
