Olivier Capelle wants to share with his clientele his passion for beer and especially whiskey. The Level is one of the city's largest whisky cellars. Thanks to Olivier's talent talent, you can discover Scottish, Japanese and rediscover the safe values of the genre. But it also proposes to decline the amber nectar in cocktail, a way for newcomers to discover the sweet whisky! The master of the places also likes his region, and he shows it in his selection of beer, of course, but also in the tasting boards he offers, made with cheese and meats from Fortifying Farm in Roncq. Many regularly organized events: concerts, openings, improvisation competitions and even launch of collections. And on Friday and Saturday night, the resident DJ is Karl Dae who accompanies you until the end of the night. But if you simply want to enjoy a quiet cocktail and friends, the bar has many more intimate corners. And for all your big events, the bar can be privatized!
