The Maison Méert has built a solid reputation around a sweetness: its famous vanilla-filled waffle and its recipe, unchanged since its creation in 1849, which comes in many versions. Méert is also a tea room where you can enjoy exquisite pastries in a refined setting, with large windows and an elegant interior terrace. Even if waiting at the entrance can be discouraging, be patient! Taste their traditional homemade chocolate and accompany it with one of the pastries on display.

et j'ai été attirée par l'attroupement devant les vitrines, je n'ai pas résisté tres longtemps avant d'entrer et me mettre dans la file d'attente.
Pâtisserie préférée du Général De Gaulle,
grand choix de gaufres typiques et de dessert à emporter.
les confiseries et autres délices sont très raffinés et méritent tous 'être testé.
une excellente adresse pour être certain de ne pas se tromper !
