Since its creation in 1980, the Lille-Hardelot cyclo has been one of the region's major sporting events. The route from the capital of Flanders to the pretty seaside resort is superb, and allows you to discover the region in a different way. Mind you, you'll need plenty of training to cover the 150 km course! Every year, the atmosphere is just right, with concerts and entertainment. Nearly 5,000 cycling enthusiasts come together in fine weather, in a warm, family atmosphere that gives cycling back its unifying simplicity.
