The Centre Eurorégional des Cultures Urbaines, now renamed FLOW, is a unique venue with five key missions. Firstly, support and guidance for artists through workshops, personalized advice and residencies. At FLOW, we give artists the keys to progress and enrich their practices. But FLOW is not just focused on professionals. It offers amateurs and semi-professionals a wide range of awareness-raising, initiation and training projects. Yes, being an amateur doesn't mean being a dilettante! Last but not least, the Centre is at the heart of a network of structures all committed to bringing urban cultures, and hip-hop in particular, to the forefront. FLOW presents the very best in contemporary creation through a series of events organized throughout the year. The stage prowess of hip-hop and breakdance dancers is breathtaking, restoring this culture to its former glory. This is also what the Resource Center, also present at FLOW, is working towards. History, sociological studies, archives... urban cultures are studied and analyzed in the same way as all other art forms. Proof, if proof were needed, that urban cultures deserve the public's full attention!
