Carried out by Pauline, daughter of Burgundy winemakers who grew up in vineyards, Pauline's wines, which have already existed for 4 years, have several activities: training of professionals in the sector, wine merchants and restaurateurs, for better sales - oenological animation in enterprises and, finally, oenological workshops for individuals. They take place in 2 places: «Areas rising» at 96 rue de l'Hôpital-Militaire in Lille and «The agreement» at 90 rue des Shot in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, on various themes: " Tour de France des vins "," To discover original varieties "," Bordeaux vs Burgundy ", wine agreements and cheeses… Particularity: possibility to organize home workshops for groups of 8 people. Pauline developed a unique teaching method based on Chinese portraits.
