ALFPH is an association dedicated to promoting civic involvement and community life in Lille. Through its Citizen Initiative Projects (PIC) scheme, financed by the City and the Region, it enables residents to set up innovative, creative and eco-responsible projects in their neighborhoods: parties, shared gardens, sports tournaments, film screenings, exhibitions, radio programs, waste reduction, storytelling, snacks, shows, know-how transfer.... An award committee examines the proposals and enables the creation of a multitude of convivial and supportive initiatives in Lille's 10 neighborhoods.
