The Lavoir is an association of proximity to all the inhabitants of Lille. The first social and solidarity laverie in France, she has elected a home in the heart of the Faubourg de Béthune district in Lille. You can wash your laundry at a lower price while sipping a coffee, chatting with people or making a CV and other admnistratives démarches. The friendly, welcoming team is here to advise you or provide any help if needed. Thematic workshops, most of them free, are regularly proposed as ironing, budget management or cultural outings. The laundry is only a pretext for promoting exchange, sharing, solidarity and social ties. In three years'time, the Lavoir has more than 300 members, more than people who are interested in reducing their ecological footprint by opting for a collective service.
