This is an original association! Established in Lille since 2015, the Solidarity Tie helps those who are looking for a job and who do not have the right clothes or the tools to conduct their interviews successfully. The association collects from individuals and companies tailors and costumes, which it then distributes to its members. Here volunteers are recruiters, HR managers, or image experts and provide tips and advice. During the nudge workshops, the future candidate is interviewed in white, chooses his or her outfit and can also obtain a professional photo for his or her CV. A nice way to promote access to employment for all.
