BIBLIOTHÈQUE DE WAZEMMES MARIE-CLAUDE VAILLANT-COUTURIER
The Wazemmes library is an integral part of the Wazemmes neighbourhood that is known for its dynamism. It was in 1987 that it opened its doors for all lovers of books. Located near the district hall, it faces the park at the end of which the Wazemmes underground exit is located. With an area of 300 m ², it proposes no fewer than 26 000 documents (mainly books). What to satisfy reading buffs! For those who want to work, a work space is dedicated to them, equipped with free wifi and a photocopier. As in most libraries, you can also find a press corner. Finally, the bottom of the library is reserved for the smaller ones.
