COUNTESS HOSPICE MUSEUM
Museum with rich collections of paintings, silverware and sacred art objects in a former medieval hospital in Lille.
Welcome to one of the most beautiful buildings in the city. In this former medieval hospital founded by Joan of Flanders in 1237, you will find many traces of the past of the place, such as the courtyard of honor, the chapel and the pharmacy. You can also admire the interior of a Flemish house and on the first floor, in the former dormitory of the nuns, the very rich collections of the museum (paintings, objects of sacred art, goldsmith's art). Temporary exhibitions are held regularly.
