NUGATERY
After working for many years with his father in the sale and repair of confectionery equipment, Grégory Legrand began in 2011 in the Aventure adventure. He was absolutely interested in manufacturing old but not in the region. After the material and especially the recipe of the nougat bought to the heirs of a confectioner in the south of France, Grégory Legrand goes to the furnaces. He needs some tests before getting the perfect nougat. Thanks to the quality of its products, 100% natural, and especially thanks to its traditional method of manufacture, it is very quickly known. Its nougats are sold at the Lille Tourist Office, in fine grocery stores and are even served in the gastronomic restaurants of the region. If the Nougat is a recipe from the South, Grégory Legrand has brought his personal touch to him by creating the nougat to the spéculoos, his great speciality. But this passion also wants to have his craft discovered through machines and utensils used in the manufacture of confectionery. Next to his workshop, he opened a small "museum" where visitors can discover copper turbines to the old or famous "enchasseuse" Haribo. The Nougaterie is an exceptional and unusual place to see (and for the lucky ones to taste) know-how of quality.
