MARCHÉS DE FIVES
The Fives area now has two markets. The Place Madeleine-Caulier is the oldest. Fruits and vegetables, roasted chickens, organic products, flowers, fabrics, shoes, clothes, etc., we find everything on this small neighbourhood market. A human size is appreciated by the proximity of public transport and the user friendliness. We also appreciate the very lively location and the numerous cafés surrounding the square. And since 2015, a new weekly market offers the residents of Fives and surrounding areas the opportunity to do their shopping late in the afternoon. Every Tuesday, the Place de Geyter, renovated in the last few years, hosts a dozen traders at the very outlet of the Fives metro station. The stalls are full of products of a different nature. It includes regional and artisanal products, as well as a market, confectioner and butcher.
