What is spent grain? It's the solid residue of the grain used to make beer. It's generally used to feed livestock. But Christophe and Caroline had another idea: to use this fiber- and protein-rich superfood for us humans! Since then, they've been scouring the region to meet brewers from whom they recover this precious product. They press and dry it, transforming it into sweet and savory cakes, granola and crunchy nuggets. It's delicious and environmentally friendly. Happy Drêche makes anti-gaspi gourmet!
