In the Rue des Vieux Murs hides a mysterious creature. But don't be afraid, the Ogre de Carrouselberg is only the gourmet guardian of an address that will delight sweet lovers. At the helm of this unique deli box? A young goldsmith from the pastry shop. His creations are worked and chiselled with finesse and elegance for an aesthetically perfect and tastefully excellent result. What is its objective? Work as much as possible with local products and discover the best of regional desserts. Here there is no avalanche of pastries, but on the contrary a limited number of creations for ever more flavours and quality. If you want to taste the house's speciality, ask for a "p'tit pouchin", a cabbage whose cream is originally flavoured with vanilla and orange blossom... with many limited editions to vary the pleasures (mojito perfume, caramel, candy...). A real treat!
