The boss's cheekiness, the irreproachable quality of his products and the prices make this butcher's shop an address not to be missed. No poultry, but farmhouse pork, lamb and beef, all impeccable. Except for one or two sausages: everything is homemade! The smell and the taste, there's no doubt about it. Homemade ham, hamburger, cassoulet, homemade bacon... The andouillette is exceptional. The specialities concocted for the holidays are also tasty. The only defect of the place is to be known by the regulars, so the tail is long to finally succumb to all these delights.
