Asparagus, strawberries and tomatoes, squash and pumpkins, radishes, salads, carrots, celery, cabbage, potatoes, mirabelles, blueberries, apples: these are mainly "homemade" products. The Maurer farm shop also offers fresh bread, foie gras, jams, dairy products, Alsatian tea, flour, honey, mustard, beer, lemonade, Alsatian wines, apple juice and cider, not to mention an excellent choice of meat and sausages, all provided by about twenty local producers. In addition to the shop, the Maurer farm has a friendly restaurant where you can enjoy local products and specialities: sauerkraut, wild boar and beef on the spit... An all-you-can-eat buffet at lunchtime during the week, flambéed pies and a weekend menu on Saturday and Sunday evening.
