If it is a guest house, the Parvis is also a restaurant, a tea room, and a lounge bar. The cuisine is good, without being complicated or pretentious; and the service is quite pleasant. It should also be noted that the Parvis enjoys a dream location: from the terrace, you have a breathtaking view of the north side and the royal portal of the cathedral. But what makes the Parvis so attractive is also its cellars, designed by old vaults: three levels, three different atmospheres, three lounges where it is pleasant to sit for a few moments. personnellement ai pris une salade du fermier... un délice. .. et bien consistante :)
avec cela un excellent cidre et un thé "bleu de Chartres " pour finir.
très bon repas accueil chaleureux.. . a refaire : )
