de la recherche, une maîtrise de la cuisine, un service parfait, j'ai adoré le foie gras, la canette, le soufflé au grand marnier sans oublier les petites attentions en début et au cours du repas, je serai tentée d'y revenir

Chaque semaine le menu découverte proposé par le chef change. De l'excellence dans son assiette : carpaccio de St jacques, ris de veau aux ceps, le dessert autour de la figue....Et la cave sublime.... Mérite le détour!
