Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi un agent de l'hotel nous a re-contactes le jour de notre arrivee vers 13h (appel masqué) afin de savoir si nous arrivions bien avant 21h .
j'avais bien noté de prendre contact avec l'hotel avant 19h si je n'y etais pas encore arrivee .
Cette reflexion pour vous signaler que parmi vos clients, il y en a qui ne sont pas assis toute la journee devant un bureau, nous avons aussi une vie parfois bien differente et bien occupee , donc organisee et inutile de nous deranger .
( nous sommes tous déjà assaillis par les appels intempestifs quotidiens de sociétés malhonnêtes irrespectueux de la vie privee d'autrui ) …
