Bertrand Jallerat and Laurent Clément associate themselves with the influence of the restaurant Le Grand Monarch in order to create a kitchen/shop workshop, a new place, half-table, half-cuisine "as at home", located in a former garage with the Eiffel architecture: glass glass and metal beams. This atypical place keeps its loft spirit and 145 m 2 are now dedicated exclusively to cooking and conviviality. The various courses offered: On the thumb: Laurent Clément invites you to take a meal in 60 minutes at lunchtime. Tuesday to Thursday a. m. to p. m. - Chief table: Host table the time of a cooking demonstration around lunch or dinner for you and your guests. Specifications on Request - The Classic House: between tradition and innovation. You will learn how to make a variety of dishes and pastries, on Laurent Clément's advice, before going to the tasting at the end of the course. Tuesday to Friday from 15 a. m. to 18 p. m. and some Saturdays - P'tits Chiefs: for children between the ages of 6 and 12, a course of entertaining and pedagogical initiation around sweet or salty recipes. Wednesday from a. m. to p. m. or by reservation for an original birthday sample - The Chief Market: Accompany Laurent Clément on the local market to discover and select the best products of the moment and then dial a season menu, Saturday from 9 am to 15 pm. Session of 8 to 10 people maximum.
