CHÂTEAUDUN CASTLE
This castle has a feudal keep and a terrace overlooking the Loir
When you see the castle of Chateaudun, you immediately think of knights'battles, medieval medieval fortresses defending villages… Indeed, with its feudal dungeon and terrace overlooking the Loir, the castle that hosted the lord of Dunois, a companion of Joan d'Arc, is visible from all corners of the city. After crossing the small streets of the historic quarter, we discover this building where several architectural periods and styles blend. Inside the enclosure, the garden and the tapestries will delight the esthètes and the gourmets can take advantage of the circuit on the kitchen in the Middle Ages.

The area around the castle is quite pretty
