If you dine in the Vallon de Chérisy, it's a little bit into the special and exciting universe of Victor Hugo. The author of the Misérables was founded here and wrote poems. But let us stop talking about literature and taste the chef's cuisine, deeply inspired by the flavours of the local and the best of French gastronomy: tasting plate of foie gras, Saint-Jacques odawara to fresh truffle, dos cod back to rhubarb with its pan-fried duck of duck and its charlotte apples, filet beef net of the ceps… The mille to chocolate and its pistachio foam is, in dessert, to the height of the meal: divine.

Cuisine grande qualité à la fois classique et innovante
Un cadre chaleureux
Accueil et service tout à fait à la hauteur seul point négatif attente peut-être
un peu longue mais nous étions arrivés assez tard , ceci n'altérant en rien l'excellent ressenti général et le très bon moment que nous avons passé
