J'ai goûté la fameuse Madeleine au restaurant les Aubépines, près de la gare ! excellente ! le restaurant en vend des paquets... je regrette de ne pas en avoir acheté davantage ! je vais contacter la fabrique pour en acheter par correspondance ! ah ! la petite Madeleine de Proust... quel souvenir !
