When you cross Maillebois from Châteauneuf-en-Thymerais towards Brezolles, you can see the large building at the Auberge des Trois Épis. Close to the square of the town hall and the church castle, this restaurant offers a simple menu with good dishes from the "grandmother" kitchen. Chile con carne, cream chicken form part of these quality and low-cost proposals. In addition to the restaurant rooms and the bar, the Hostel is also a selling point for tobacco, newspapers and local souvenirs.
