The atmosphere in the dining room is warm and inviting, as is that in the lovely cellar where receptions are held. The dishes are simple and traditional, but with a twist that makes all the difference: they're cooked over an open fire! Almost all the regions of France are represented, because what we like to offer here is above all good, fresh local produce.
